NIOS Class 10th Syllabus
NIOS Admission
If you are going to apply for NIOS 10th class admission, getting to know about the syllabus is highly important. For this class, students have to choose their desired subjects and have to pass in five subjects in order to clear NIOS 10th class. The syllabus for NIOS 10th class will be similar to the syllabus in public and on-demand exams. The main subjects include English, Maths, Science, Hindi, Social Science, and more.
The subjects are divided into two different groups. The first group is Group-A in which all the language groups will be there. Whereas in the Group-B, students will pick their core subjects from the list. The students can check the official website of NIOS to get detailed information on all the subjects and the curriculum. NIOS 10th Class Subjects and Groups
Group-A
As we have discussed earlier, the Group-A will consist of various language subjects. As per their interests, the students can choose one or two language subjects from these.
English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Telugu, Kannada, Gujrati, Nepali, Marathi, Sanskrit, Assamese, Odia, Malayalam, Persian, Arabic, and Tamil.
Group-B
NIOS Admission
The group-B will have all the core subjects where you have to pick any 3 or 4 subjects as per your interest. The subjects are as follows.
Science, Mathematics, Economics, Social Science, Home Science, Psychology, Data Entry, Painting, Indian Culture and Heritage.
